Initial conversation

We’ll help provide the feedback and strategic scoping so you know exactly what you’re looking for, and can find and narrow down the right candidates faster.

Scope & target mapping

We finalize the role spec, comp range, and must-haves, then quickly build a targeted list of potential candidates who check all the right boxes.

Outreach & screening

Personal outreach to every candidate on the list, structured screening calls with the strongest, and a calibrated shortlist with a written assessment of each finalist's fit, strengths, and risks.

Interviews & selection

We manage the interview process end-to-end. Scheduling, candidate prep, debriefs, references. You only interview the best candidates so you don’t waste hours of your team’s time on people on don’t fit, and we help you in the decision-making process if you’re torn between multiple candidates.

Offer, close & onboarding

We help negotiate the offer, manage counteroffers, and stay engaged through start date. We check in at 30 days to make sure the placement is sticking - because a hire isn't successful until it's working.
